The PTO’s mission is to facilitate collaboration between parents, teachers, and staff in order to enhance each child’s education. Check the Zach website’s calendar for PTO meeting dates and come share your ideas. Use this link to register with Poudre School District and receive emails about Zach volunteer opportunities. Consider joining or leading a committee. Click here to view Committees to volunteer for. There are lots of ways to shape our children’s experience! You can get in touch with the PTO board to ask questions, provide feedback, or request PTO meeting minutes by emailing zachpto@gmail.com.
The Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF) is Zach’s only contribution appeal, a supplement to district and state funds that increases each teacher’s classroom budget and funds teacher grants throughout the year. School Accountability Committee (SAC)

2023-24 Meetings: Sep 13, Nov 8, Feb 21 and Apr 10
The School Accountability Committee is comprised of Zach parents, classroom teachers, administration and community members. This committee works throughout the year to develop and monitor our unified improvement plan, to recommend expenditures of student-based budget funds and to make decisions for continued improvement of the instruction and operations of our school.
- Open to all; must apply and commit to not miss more than one meeting.
- When necessary, SAC members “vote” by consensus. Other parents are welcome to attend meetings by RSVP’ing at least 1 school day in advance. Non-members do not hold voting powers. Agendas and minutes will be posted online.
