PTO Mini Grant information

During the 2024 November PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Laura Actor – $638, intensive Spanish program in Columbia
  • Second Grade – $111, prizes for FundRun
  • Brent Uhrich - $300, new outdoor balls for recess

During the 2024 October PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Kindergarten - $440, repair the little bikes; tubes, chains, cleanup
  • Kindergarten - $99, for FUNd Run rewards/treats/movie day
  • Fourth Grade - $100, for Fun Lights; reward for FUNd Run
  • Fourth Grade - $872, middle ages fair decorations
  • Third Grade - $350, to purchase skeletons/body parts for anatomy

During the 2024 September PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Kindergarten - $661, sensory support items
  • PTO General - $200, Book Fair Scholarships
  • PTO General - $1,000, for additional FUNd Run expenses for t-shirts for all students.

During the 2024 May PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Kindergarten - $430, admission for all Kindergarteners to go to the Environmental Learning Center (ELC) to learn about nature.
  • First Grade - $244, classroom budget reimbursement for field trips.
  • PTO General - $600 for appetizers at DC Oakes. This is to thank our volunteers and for those interested in learning more about PTO. Our new board officers will attend.

During the 2024 April PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Front Office - $486 for Eclipse safety glasses for K-5th grade students.
  • Science Fair/Ms. Nimlo - $155 for virtual science fair prizes.
  • 4th Grade - $600 The Northern Colorado Intertribal Powwow Association 4th Grade Powwow connecting to the Colorado History Unit.
  • 5th Grade - $350 for rising 5th Grade student planners – 2024-2025.

During the 2024 February PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • 1st Grade – Science course supplies and end-of-year neon party for all classes - $368.13
  • 3rd Grade - Contact paper to protect literature books and class achievement prizes - $400

During the 2024 January PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Front office – new safety vest for before/after school duties - $150

During the 2023 December PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Literacy - Purchase of Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Video Subscription - $89.00
  • 5th Grade Team - Book biographies for students' research projects, sets of “Who Was biographies” - $342.00
  • Amy Kozusko/5th Grade - Book sets for 5th grade book club, Scholastic book sets - $626.60

During the 2023 November PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Kindergarten – Pumpkins for the Halloween Parade $160
  • 3rd Grade – Contact paper to protect new curriculum books $420
  • School Directory Committee – Printing for school directory, one for each Zach family, $754.60 (amount clarified with PSD discount after the meeting)
