School Sponsored Clubs and Additional Enrichment Opportunities

Extracurricular Activities at Zach

At Zach we believe in the importance of giving our students the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities. To support that belief, Zach offers School Sponsored Clubs, which are taught and facilitated by a PSD employee. Additionally, outside agencies offer Additional Enrichment Activities, which are separate from School Sponsored Clubs, and are taught and facilitated by the outside agency. In both cases, most classes take place around the school day to ease scheduling concerns for families. Additional Enrichment Opportunities are not sponsored by the school or the District.  We are simply providing information regarding these opportunities and are not responsible for or supervising them in any way. See below for further description of School Sponsored Clubs and Additional Enrichment Opportunities.

School sponsored clubs and additional enrichment activities will be offered for students during 3 “seasons” over the course of the school year…Fall, Winter, and Spring. These seasons will coincide with the primary breaks on the school calendar to ease scheduling concerns for parents and families.

Seasons:

  1. Fall: September 12-November 18; registration window opens September 1
  2. Winter: January 9-March 10; registration window TBD
  3. Spring: March 20-May 19; registration window TBD

Registration links for each season will be open on the TBD designated dates. Contact the main office with any questions at 970.488.5100.

It’s springtime and that can mean only one thing, it’s time to register for our new spring classes. Hop into the session with a drawing of some baby bunnies and our funny frogs’ drawings. Your heart will smile when you see the cute and cuddly creatures your student will draw in our baby animals and waiting dogs sequences.  Learning to develop and apply patterns is the focus as our artists venture out into the wild as they create an intricate zebra drawing. Who knew that our food was so silly, we will be drawing up ice cream characters. And it doesn’t stop there; our lively drawing class is packed with hilarious and silly characters and scenes your artist won’t want to miss – all new this season, sign up today!
