PTO Mini Grant information

During the April PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Front Office - $486 for Eclipse safety glasses for K-5th grade students.

  • Science Fair/Ms. Nimlo - $155 for virtual science fair prizes.

  • 4th Grade - $600 The Northern Colorado Intertribal Powwow Association 4th Grade Powwow connecting to the Colorado History Unit.

  • 5th Grade - $350 for rising 5th Grade student planners – 2024-2025.

During the February PTO Meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • 1st Grade – Science course supplies and end-of-year neon party for all classes - $368.13

  • 3rd Grade - Contact paper to protect literature books and class achievement prizes - $400

During the January PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Front office – new safety vest for before/after school duties - $150

During the December PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Literacy - Purchase of Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Video Subscription - $89.00

  • 5th Grade Team - Book biographies for students' research projects, sets of “Who Was biographies” - $342.00

  • Amy Kozusko/5th Grade - Book sets for 5th grade book club, Scholastic book sets - $626.60

During the November PTO meeting, we funded the following projects from the Zach Enrichment Fund (ZEF):

  • Kindergarten – Pumpkins for the Halloween Parade $160

  • 3rd Grade – Contact paper to protect new curriculum books $420

  • School Directory Committee – Printing for school directory, one for each Zach family, $754.60 (amount clarified with PSD discount after the meeting)
