Why do you love being a teacher?:
When you love kids, and love art, there is no better job than being an Elementary Art Teacher! My students inspire me to take risks, explore, have fun, and challenge myself as an artist.
What do you like to do outside of school?:
When I'm not at school, I have lots of interests that keep me busy! I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to museums and exhibits, listening to music, drawing/painting, and spending time with family and friends.

About My Classroom:
Students will explore the world of art through exposure to a wide variety of artists, genres, styles, and media. Grades 3-5 use sketchbooks as a way to record their ideas, brainstorm, experiment, and reflect on the creative process.
